Date and Time
You can set the date and time of the recorded data. The date and time stamps are shown as either the instrument time or the local time.

- Click on

The calendar and time window opens. - Set a date:
- Set a time:
Click on the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the time values.
or
Click in the hour, minutes or seconds boxes to pick a time value: - If required, click in Retain start date and / or Retain end date to tick or un-tick the boxes:
- Ticked: The Start date and time and the End date and time are kept between card views and log ins
- Un-ticked: The date and time range defaults to show cards for the last month
Note: A retained Start or End date is only valid for the selected group, custom or batch tab.
The date and time stamps are shown as either the instrument time or the local time.

All data and time stamps, which relate to UHH data, are shown in the recording instrument's time zone.
Note: The date format can be set to dd/mm/yyyy 24 hour or a mm/dd/yyyy 12 hour.
- Instrument time: The time of the recorded data on the UHH file
- Instrument date: The date of the recorded data on the UHH file
- UTC
Coordinated Universal Time or Universal Time Coordinated is a coordinated time scale, maintained by the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM). time: The time difference from UTC
Example:
- If the instrument time was 14:27:34 (A) and the UTC time (C) was +00:00, then the instrument recording was taken at 14:27:34 UTC
- If the instrument time was 14:27:34 and the UTC time was +01:00, then the instrument recording was taken at 13:27:34 UTC

Local time is the time shown in the Web Browser on the Windows PC that shows the Data Reviewer.
All data and time stamps, which relate to local data, are shown in local time.
