Email Templates

The email templates come with default content. If required, the content can be amended.

  1. Go to Administration > Access Management > Email Templates.
  2. In Account Confirmation, Update Password and Scheduled Report create the message users will receive to:
    • Confirm their email
    • Reset their password
    • View scheduled reports

    Note:  Only text format is allowed for the email template.

  3. Click on Save changes.

The email templates have now been updated.
