System Messages and Alerts
System messages and alerts tell you if an operation was successful, unsuccessful, or to alert you if something is not correct.
Banner messages include, but not limited to:
| Banner message | How to resolve |
|---|---|
| Database space is low | When the amber Database space is low message shows, the disk space is less than 20% and you must do database maintenance (clear the database). Do not ignore the amber Database space is low message. If the disk space becomes full the Data Reviewer will stop and data could be lost. |
| Database is full | When the red Database is full message shows, the disk space is full and all Data Reviewer functions are locked until the database size has been reduced. To unlock the functionality, create disk space (for instance, move the contents of the archive folder) as soon as possible, and avoid possible data loss. |
| Unable to connect to the database | Unable to connect to the database, which holds the chart data. Try to restart the computer, or try to restart the Elasticsearch, Review API+SPA, and the Reviewer Client services. |
| Your trial license expires in xx days | The trial is valid for up to 42 days. During this time, this banner message is shown. You should activate either the free Foundation or paid-for Enterprise license. |
Pop-up messages include, but not limited to:
