Active Directory™
Auditor license is required for this feature.
The Enterprise Edition can be used by users who log in with their Microsoft's Active Directory A Microsoft database system that connects all computers within one network. With an AD all (company wide) user accounts and passwords are stored in one protected location and their permissions and activities are accessed from a single access point. (AD) account.
When configured an AD user can access a user role or user roles in the Data Reviewer. AD users must be placed in an AD group, which is then linked to a role, or roles, in the Data Reviewer. The AD user will then have all the permissions of that role or roles.
An AD user is managed by the AD administrator role, which overrides all local security policies and the AD user will log in with their single password stored in AD.
