Auditor License Option

Note:  Make sure that the Enterprise Edition is active before the auditor license is activated.

The auditor license gives the ability to sign and authorize all selected user actions and provides support for Microsoft’s Active Directory™.

For example:

• Selected user actions can be configured to require an electronic signature or an electronic signature and authorization1 Aids compliance with FDA 21 CFR part 11.
• All Event Log entries are recorded and retained in a UHH file2 Aids compliance with FDA 21 CFR part 11.
• The Enterprise Edition can be used by users who log in with their Microsoft's Active Directory A Microsoft database system that connects all computers within one network. With an AD all (company wide) user accounts and passwords are stored in one protected location and their permissions and activities are accessed from a single access point. (AD) account.

To activate the auditor option use the License Manager.
