Reprint an End of Batch Print

If Print end of Batch has been enabled, each time a batch ends a print is automatically generated. A record of the print output is stored against the group cards and batch cards for the related instrument. This stored end of batch data can be reprinted, if required.

Note:  Manual print requests are not recorded.

  1. Go to Group and Batches.
  2. On a Group card or a Batch card, click on Print History (print history).
  3. If required, filter the list of End of Batch prints (search the batch name).
  4. Select the required End of Batch print and click on .

Your selected End of Batch history file is sent to your configured printer. Click on to close the Print History page.

  1. Quick search: Filter the list of batches shown. The filter searches the batch name field
  2. Instrument Details: The instrument name and the range of the batch or batches shown
  3. Card Menu
  4. Batch File Options: Reprint the batch chart
  5. Batch Details:
    • Batch ID
    • Batch file end date and time
    • End of Batch automatic print date
