What USB C Device Can I Use?

To use a Universal Serial Bus Type-C (USB C) flash drive with EPM Data Management it must be:

• Formatted to the FAT32 file system, no other file system is supported by EPM Data Management.

  Note - You cannot format a USB flash drive from this device.
  Tip - The FAT32 file system supports device sizes up to 8TB with a max single file limit of 4GB, however if your USB C device storage capacity is over 32 GB, you cannot format it on a Windows 11 computer as they can only format to exFAT and NTFS. If you only have access to Windows 11 and above, please download and use reputable third-party software to format larger USB C flash drives, or use USB C flash drives with a storage capacity of less than 32 GB.

• Inserted into the right-hand USB C socket.
