Backup System Folders and Files

The Reviewer folder contains system folders and files, which contain data that is critical and non-critical, must be backed up at regular intervals.

Note:  The Reviewer folder contains the archive folder which should be backed up more frequently.

  1. Stop the Elasticsearch service (to make sure that data is not corrupted).
  2. Backup the Reviewer folder.
  3. When the backup is complete start the Elasticsearch.
  • archive folder: Contains the UHH files

Note:  Data from the es folder and the reviewerconfig.db file can be recreated by the user.

  • es (folder): Data extracted from the UHH files for visualization, print configuration, user accounts and user logs
  • Logs (folder): System diagnostic information
  • UHHLogs (folder): Secure user logs
  • reviewerconfig.db (file): Data sources, printer configuration, notifications and a record of imported files
