Manage Views

All group cards and their batch cards, if any, are visible to all users by default. The Custom Group cards and their batch cards, if any, are visible to users with Manage custom groups access permission, see Users and Roles. If required, each group / custom card (and its batch cards, if any) can be configured to be visible to selected users only.

A View is a list of users who have access to view a card / selection of cards (both Group and Custom Group) and its batches, and is managed in the View Management.

• Users assigned to a View(s) can view the cards assigned to that View
• Cards, that are unassigned, are available for all users to view

See the View option on the Filters to select which group cards to show.
