Filter Group or Batch Cards

Use one or all search parameters to filter the group cards (including custom cards) or batch cards. As search parameters are set the search results show on the page.

1. Go to Groups and Batches.
2. Click on Groups or Custom or Batches to search for:
   
3. Click on Filters.
   
4. Enter search parameters:
   
   • Start Date / Time and End Date / Time: Set the date and time
   • Order by: Use the drop-down to sort the cards based on Start / End dates or by alphanumeric order
     Available options are Start date ascending, Start date descending, End date ascending, End date descending, Alphanumeric ascending and Alphanumeric descending.
   • Instruments: Use the drop-down to select instruments and groups as desired
     
   • View: Use the drop-down to select a desired View. Only available if the Views are set up, see Assign the Cards to a View.
   • Search: Enter a meaningful text to search (group name / instrument name / instrument type)
     Below options are available only for batch cards.
     
   • Status: Select the desired statuses to filter your search.
     Available statuses are None, Annotated, Reviewed, Released, Approved and Failed. You can also view the statuses on each batch card separately.
     
     
   • Search by User: Enter a username to search

     Note:  When you open a chart or spreadsheet view from a batch card, the batch options you set here will be applied automatically.

5. Click Close.

The selected range of group cards (including custom cards) or batch cards will show.
