Managing Users from the EPM Data User Interface

Note - You can only access this function if you have the Can access user management permissions. You can only add or update users or roles if you have the Can manage Roles and/or Can manage Users permission depending on the task you are carrying out. If you need to access these functions and do not have permission, please contact your system administrator.

User management from the EPM Data User Interface is designed to enable you to manage a small number of users and roles across individual devices.

From the Settings and Users screen, you can:

  • Manage your individual users, see EPM Data User Interface Users for details.

  • Manage roles within your system - To access EPM Solution features, a user must have Permissions. These are allocated to Roles which are then allocated to specific users, see EPM Data User Interface Roles for details.

To manage users and roles:

  1. From the EPM Data User Interface, select Options - Settings and Users and then select either Users or Roles as required:
