Group Print Settings

Group cards, by default, use the default print settings (Settings > Default Settings). However, the print settings can be applied and saved locally at a group level and they are saved against the group.

Note:  If the default print settings are changed, they will not be applied to any group that has print settings set locally.

Note:  Print settings can also be applied to individual chart visualizations.

1. Go to Groups and Batches.
2. Find the required group, custom, or batch.
3. Click (Settings).
4. Set the printing options for the selected group, as required.
   
   • Add print details
   • Configure default chart view
   • Configure linear chart prints
   • Configure circular chart prints
   • Configure spreadsheet view prints
   • Configure the printer settings
5. Click Save print/chart settings to save the print settings locally at group level.
   
   The print settings for the group have now been set. All prints from this group will use these settings.
