Enable or Disable a Printer

All available local printers, network printers and print server printers1 Enterprise Edition only are seen on the Printer Management page, where each printer must be enabled or disabled.

• If network printers are not available, go the Windows Reviewer Client Service tool on the Windows PC and configure network printer access
• Enterprise Edition only: If network printers through a print server are not available, the print server must be made available.

1. Go to Settings > Printer Management.
   
2. In the Action column, click in a tick box to enable or disable a printer.
   
3. Repeat for each required printer.

Printers that are set to enabled are available for selection in the Printer drop-down box for Global Print settings Group Print settings and individual Print settings
