Global and default settings for print outputs, charts, the date format, custom groups, and print details are all set from the menu Settings. These settings are applied to all print outputs, unless settings are applied to an individual chart or a group. Any settings applied to an individual chart or a group override the default global settings.

Note:  When a database is cleared (deleted), all print settings are also cleared.

To use a printer, a printer must first be enabled on the Printer Management page.

Note:  If required, server network printers1 Enterprise Edition only and network printers can also be added and enabled.

Note:  If sign and authorization has been made active, then you may be required to sign or sign and authorize any changes.
