Stopping a Batch

To stop a running Batch:

Note - You can only access this screen if you have the Can access Batch Summary and Can start Batches permissions and to stop a Batch from a Group, the Can access Group permission. If you need to access these functions and do not have permission, please contact your system administrator.

Select from the following options to expand the details:

To stop a Batch from the Batch Summary screen:

  1. From either the:

    • Status Bar - Select the Batch Panel:

      Or

    • EPM Data User Interface screen, select Options - Batch - Batch Summary:

  2. The Batch Summary screen displays:

    Select the batch to stop and the Batch Information pane displays to the right-hand side of the screen.

  3. Select Stop .

  4. The Stop Batch screen displays:

    Select Stop .

The batch stops running and the State is updated to Stopped .

To stop a Batch from a Group Live View:

  1. From the Group Live View required, select Settings - Batch.

  2. The Batch screen displays, select either Pause or Stop as required:

The batch stops running and the State is updated to Stopped .
