Filtering Group Messages

You can view, scroll, filter, and inspect recorded messages and event entries for a selected Group.

Note - You can only access this screen if you have the Can access Group Messages permission. If you need to access this screen and but do not have permission, please contact your system administrator.

To filter Group Messages:

  1. From the EPM Data User Interface screen, select Options - Groups:

  2. The Groups screen displays, on the required group card, select Options - Group Messages:

  3. The Group Messages screen displays, select Filter from the left-hand side:

  4. Tick the filter options as required from the available list: System, Alarm, Powerup, General, Batch, Login, Signing, Audit, AMS2750. For detailed explanation of each of these category, see Viewing Group Messages

  5. Select either:

    • Apply to apply the filter, or

    • Clear to clear the filters. All messages display again.
