Set up your Super User

Your Super User is a user with full access to every aspect of your system.

The minimum information required to set up your Super User is:

• First name

• Last name

• Username

• Password

Log into EPM Data Management

Using the Super User credentials you have just set up, log into EPM Data Management for the first time.

Set up your system wide preferences

Internationalization - To set up your language preference, date and time. See Configuring Internationalization for details.

Key Management - See Configuring Key Management for details if using secure file transfer protocol (SFTP).

Web Servers - See Configuring Web Server for details.

Audit Trail level - See Configuring Audit for details.

Security Policies - See Configuring Security Policies for details.

Feature Options - See Configuring Feature Options for details.

Archive Servers - See Configuring Archive Servers for details.

Set up Roles

Create Roles and allocate Permissions to them.

Set up Users

Create user accounts for everyone that needs to access EPM Data Management and assign them Roles.

Configure your I/O

Set up your physical I/O channels.

Set up Functions

Configure the functions required for your process

Create the groups you are recording.

Before you can run a Batch, you must create Batch Configurations.
